<p>Everything starts with learning in life. Do you want to spend time learning good things? In this article, I wanted to share with you how bakery cookies are made. You can make flour cookies very easily by reading the recipe I will give you. I shared the list of materials needed for you. Let&#8217;s move on to our recipe and make our flour cookies.</p>



<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>



<p>250 grams soft unsalted butter<br>1 coffee cup oil<br>4 tablespoons starch<br>1 cup granulated sugar<br>Flour (up to stiffness)<br>For the topping:<br>½ cup granulated sugar</p>



<p><strong>Instructions:</strong></p>



<ul><li>Preheat the oven to 160°C.</li><li>Knead the butter, oil and 1 cup of granulated sugar together. Keep the remaining granulated sugar for later.</li><li>Add the starch and flour after kneading for 5 minutes. Knead well.</li><li>Then for shaping, cut walnut-sized pieces. Give them a cookie shape.</li><li>You don&#8217;t need to grease the tray. Place the cookies on the tray.</li><li>Bake ithe cookies in the oven for 15 minutes. Do not cook more.</li><li>Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool.</li><li>Then spread the cookies to the remaining granulated sugar.</li></ul>
